Scope of work:

The Research, Projects and Mobility Management department provides mainly administration and operation support to IS Veda, the Information System for Creative Activities, Projects and Mobilities, which provides IT support for:

• registration of scientific identifiers and results of science and research,

• classification and evaluation of science and research,

• projects registration,

• administration of competitions in internal programmes of the university,

• habilitation procedures and procedures for appointment as professor,

• recruitment process for academic positions.

Furthermore, it provides administration and support for the operation of information systems:

• IS Work Trips for administration of work trips of university staff

• Education Portal for further employees education offers

• Electronic signature book

• Election and voting

Within the support for the above listed systems, the department ensures:

• coordination of process and user support of the above mentioned agendas with the relevant RCU departments,

• synergy for agendas related to science, research, projects and mobility,

• analysis of requests for development and integration of the above-mentioned systems, their assignment to the contractor or internally,

• testing of changes and expansion of these systems and coordination of their deployment into operation. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
