Scope of work:

The main activity of the department is the development of the following systems and applications, which are part of the Charles University information system:

• Thesis and dissertation repository

• WhoIs look-up tool

• Stipeds to support accommodation and Social Stipends

• Charles University Grant Agency

• Accreditation database and doctoral studies subject-area boards

• Erasmus Application

• Students of Prague Universities, 1882–1945

• Nostrification Application for the agenda of recognition of foreign higher education

• Cards Applications for the issuance of cards of students, employees, external users of services and members of the Alumni Club

Furthermore, the department takes care of the development and operation of interfaces between the above systems and applications and other key components of the Charles University information system (e.g. the Information System Study) as well as interfaces through which data of the Charles University information system can be accessed from applications operated by individual faculties.
