The system is used for aggregation of documents intended for approval by the manager or another person in the appropriate managerial position. Currently, it is operated in pilot mode only within selected agendas and selected parts of Charles University.

The administration, operation and development of the system is ensured by the Research, Projects and Mobility Management.
