This is a payment concentrator that allows you to make payments using a payment card.

For the payer, it provides routing to the website of the payment gateway and allows secure payments.

For the payee, it ensures that the payment is directed to the correct payment gateway and credited to the corresponding bank account.

For whom the service is available

• payer using a debit/credit card

• administrators of the KOPLA payment website, the so-called payment purpose

• administrators of payments provided by the KOPLA service

• Central application managed by the ICT on the VERSO3 platform

• Possibility of managing your own merchants, trading sites and payment purposes according to the organizational structure (role of KOP payments admin)

• Possibility of tracing executed payments according to the organizational structure (role of KOP payments)

• The KOPLA application can be connected to the economic system IFIS for claims record keeping

Before you start paying by card

• Ensure the payment gateway through which card payments will be made

• Learn in detail the possibility of so-called purpose payment if you want to use it

• Submit a request to establish access to the KOPLA application for relevant users and their roles

• Submit a request to establish so-called purpose payment if you require it and you will not configure it through your own IT

• Submit a request to connect your external system if it will be connected to the payment gateway through the KOPLA application
