The system is accessible to selected staff and students, depending on which parts of Charles University and to what extent they have chosen to use it. It provides an environment for secret electronic voting in elections to academic senates or college boards or for voting of boards or commissions.
The administration, operation and development of the system is ensured by the Research, Projects and Mobility Management.
