Scope of work:

The Cloud Services Department primarily provides:

• administration, configuration and support of the operation of the Microsoft 365 university environment,

• collection of requirements from faculty administrators and M365 guarantors, other units and the Rector's Office, for the functionalities of the Microsoft 365 environment and their evaluation, design of solution and implementation,

• development of form applications and other small applications in the Microsoft 365 environment and their integration with the university information systems,

• training of faculty administrators and L2 support for users of the Microsoft 365 university environment,

• spreading awareness of the possibilities of the Microsoft 365 environment within the university.
