            The Cloud Services Department primarily provides:
            • administration, configuration and support of the operation of the Microsoft 365 universi

            • collection of requirements from faculty administrators and M365 guarantors, other units 
              Office, for the functionalities of the Microsoft 365 environment and their evaluation, d

              solution and implementation,
            • development of form applications and other small applications in the Microsoft 365 envir
              integration with the university information systems,

            • training of faculty administrators and L2 support for users of the Microsoft 365 univers
            • spreading awareness of the possibilities of the Microsoft 365 environment within the uni
