Scope of work:

• creates and maintains a structured overview of business needs and a description of business processes of the university, in the level of detail needed for the development of information systems, based on communication with faculties and units of the university

• mediates cooperation of IT analysts with professional departments of the university,

• provides training of members of analytical groups in analytical skills,

• cooperates with IT analysts within the ICT, at faculties and other parts of the university in the design of how to solve user requirements,

• participates in the creation of test scenarios for testing information systems and functional tests of information systems.
