            Scope of work:


            The Research, Projects and Mobility Management department provides mainly administration a
            support to IS Veda [ URL "UVTEN-193.html "] , the Information System for Creative Activiti
            Mobilities, which provides IT support for:

            • registration of scientific identifiers and results of science and research,
            • classification and evaluation of science and research,

            • projects registration,
            • administration of competitions in internal programmes of the university,
            • habilitation procedures and procedures for appointment as professor,

            • recruitment process for academic positions.

            Furthermore, it provides administration and support for the operation of information syste

            • IS Work Trips [ URL "UVTEN-230.html "] for administration of work trips of university st
            • Education Portal [ URL "UVTEN-233.html "] for further employees education offers
            • Electronic signature book [ URL "UVTEN-232.html "]

            • Election and voting [ URL "UVTEN-234.html "]

            Within the support for the above listed systems, the department ensures:

            • coordination of process and user support of the above mentioned agendas with the relevan
              departments,
            • synergy for agendas related to science, research, projects and mobility,

            • analysis of requests for development and integration of the above-mentioned systems, the
              the contractor or internally,
            • testing of changes and expansion of these systems and coordination of their deployment i
