CAS password setup via identity verification

Setting your CAS password with identity authentication helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures that only the real account owner can change the password. This process increases the security level of university systems and helps protect sensitive information.

Identity authentication can be done either with NIA or with the Svipe iD app.

Setting your password and identity authentication takes only a few minutes, but it greatly increases the protection of your account. We recommend that you follow the appropriate instructions to ensure that your access to university apps remains secure.

If you encounter problems during setting your password or identity authentication, contact your faculty or component IT support. Alternatively, you can contact Servicedesk.
